The Role

We’re seeking an experienced
Security Engineer
to take full ownership of our security operations. In this role, you’ll embed security at every stage of our software lifecycle - design, build, deploy, and operate,



while driving automation and best practices to keep our systems secure, scalable, and resilient

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automated security controls and guardrails.
- Develop reusable security tooling to enforce security at scale.
- Lead and automate security processes across AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, continuous monitoring, and incident response, with a strong focus on automation and signal quality.
- Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises to assess incident readiness, validate response plans, and continuously improve response capabilities.
- Collaborate with DevOps & Engineering to build secure systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging security tools, threats, and compliance requirements, translating them into automated controls where possible.
