Chapter Leader Product Management
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision and portfolio direction for a defined global product portfolio within our Critical Power Business. The role is part of the Critical Power Agile organization and reports to the Chapter Leader Product Management. The role has no direct reports but provides strong matrix leadership across agile Teams.
In this role, you will be accountable for the overall performance and strategic direction of the product portfolio. You will define the mid- to long-term portfolio roadmap, align Agile Teams around common priorities, identify portfolio opportunities and risks,
and ensure that product decisions support profitable growth, lifecycle discipline, customer value and execution focus. Day-to-day Agile execution remains with the Agile Team Product Managers and Product Owners.
You will work globally across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, Finance and the PM Chapter. You will identify market trends, competitive shifts, strategic opportunities and potential M&A; or partnership candidates, translating these insights into clear portfolio recommendations and leadership decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership, strong business acumen, industrial product understanding, portfolio management discipline and the ability to influence without formal authority. This role is suited to a senior product leader who can connect market needs, technology evolution, financial performance and Agile execution into one coherent product portfolio strategy.
