Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
ProfessionLX specializes in professional services where we engage our employees to empower them to excel for our customers. We ProfessionLX is seeking a dedicated Protestant Coordinator of Religious Educationto support the Command Religious Program at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day administration of the Protestant Religious Education Program, helping military children, youth, and families grow in their faith through engaging educational and ministry programs. Working closely with the Installation Chaplain, you will coordinate religious education activities, develop ministry programs, recruit and mentor volunteers, and foster a welcoming environment that strengthens the Protestant faith community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You'll oversee Protestant religious education from preschool through high school, coordinate children's and youth ministries, organize seasonal programs such as Vacation Bible School and holiday events, recruit and support volunteer teachers, maintain ministry records and schedules, and ensure all programs operate in accordance with Command Religious Program requirements.
