As Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, transport is coordinated effectively,
and outbound activity is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with planning, despatch, finance, commercial teams, customer contacts and partner hauliers to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Will Include Managing end-to-end non-EDI customer order processing with accuracy and pace
Completing daily group performance metrics and supporting visibility of key operational measures
Coordinating and booking internal and external transport requirements
Maintaining accurate order and de-hire records for hired equipment, including CHEP and IFCO
Collating outbound documentation, both paper and digital, and liaising with finance to support accurate and timely invoicing
Completing outbound trace audits as required
Supporting customers and the commercial team with general customer enquiries
Supporting despatch colleagues with order picking on occasion, where
