- Define and lead the digital marketing and sales strategy
- Lead the performance of digital acquisition and lead generation activities
- Manage budgets and optimize ROI
- Lead both paid and organic growth initiatives
- Oversee governance and performance of external agencies

Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or related commercial roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale customer acquisition programs
- Strong leadership experience in the energy, utilities, telecommunications, or similar sectors
- Strong knowledge of digital channels and performance drivers
- Solid understanding of AI applications in digital marketing
