Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Group M&E; Supervisor for its Milan offices. You will lead a team within the M&E; department, handle enquiries efficiently, drive conversion from enquiry to contract, and ensure adherence to RHG standards and service ethos.
You will coach colleagues, deliver high service levels, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate across departments to maximise client satisfaction while maintaining a proactive, sales‐driven approach.
