The Service Sales Agreement Specialist will work with the Service Sales team in the following business areas: Electrical High Voltage Substation Services, Advanced Services, Predictive and Digital Maintenance, and Smart Solutions.
The Service Sales Agreement Specialist will support the Service BU Sales Manager and the Service team in the development of the business and the operational excellence of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Frame Agreements (FAs).
The role combines sales development, tender management, and technical-commercial proposal leadership to deliver competitive and value-driven solutions to customers. The Service Sales Agreement Specialist acts as Tender Leader for strategic opportunities, driving the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial bids while supporting business development activities and long-term customer growth.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Frame Agreements (FAs), and HMax Energy strategy execution: support the LSU Sales Manager and the Sales team in implementing the sales strategy for SLAs and FAs,
promoting alignment with suppliers and managing customer relationships at multiple levels to maximize order intake and business growth.
Establish long-term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements, applicable regulations, and business drivers. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of service products and solutions to support Life Cycle Management (LCM) strategies and create sustainable customer value. Collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales and tendering process.
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible. Develop competitive proposals by coordinating internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal functions, ensuring alignment on scope, technical solution, delivery model, risk profile, and pricing strategy.
