What You’ll Actually Be Doing ??
Be the Brand Oracle: Serve as the go-to expert for Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and chat. Whether they need help choosing the right hair styling attachment or figuring out their smart vacuum,
you’ve got the answers.
Get Hands-On With Cool Tech: You won’t just talk about products; you’ll know them inside out. You’ll troubleshoot gadget queries, handle order tracking, and solve after-sales questions like a pro.
Deliver Good Energy: Turn customer confusion into "wow, thank you so much" moments with smooth, friendly, and solution-focused support.
Keep It Seamless: Work inside a sleek digital ecosystem, navigating browser tabs and support tools while updating customer records.
Who You Are ?⚡
The Voice: You speak and write Italian at a native/fluent level (C1+) and can easily communicate in English for internal training and team hangs.
The Experience: You bring some experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality under your belt.
