Role Profile
As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) in our Delivery team, you will play an influential role in overseeing complex design and construction projects, building strong client relationships, and leading project teams. This includes responsibility for the day‐to‐day management of large‐scale project elements and managing multiple fit‐out projects at different stages simultaneously, ensuring a focus on high‐quality, client‐focused project delivery.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Leading large‐scale, complex projects from initial planning and conception through to final close‐out, ensuring designs are completed on time and in line with client budgets.
- Serving as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships, while proactively tailoring project strategies to exceed expectations.
