As part of the Legal & Compliance team, you’ll help clients navigate corporate law. You’ll be working in a constantly evolving environment, where national and international regulations intersect with market expectations as well as public opinion on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency and corporate governance.
What you’ll be doing
Providing regulatory compliance assistance in the development and implementation of models to ensure adherence to regulations in the areas of anti-money laundering; listed companies; antitrust matters; anti-corruption; occupational health and safety; the environment,
legality rating; ESG; corporate liability (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001).
Assisting in monitoring regulatory updates, with particular reference to regulations in the areas of anti-money laundering; listed companies; corporate liability (Legislative Decree no. 231/2001); anti-corruption and transparency; antitrust matters; ESG.
Helping to draft governance regulations and policies, as well as global policies for international groups.
Conducting audits and reviews of processes, procedures and controls in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
Assisting in audits and reviews of compliance programs (privacy, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, antitrust, whistleblowing and data governance).
Assisting in defining the components of the corporate control system in regulatory compliance models, such as the: risk assessment; gap analysis; control protocols; operating procedures and corporate policies;
