We are seeking 10 Technical Trainer Engineers to deliver high‐quality training to our Field Service Engineers on installation, startup, maintenance, and commissioning of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role combines technical expertise, classroom and hands‐on instruction, global collaboration, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‐quality technical training classes—both theoretical and hands‐on—on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at our Global Technical Learning Center in Treviso, Italy.
- Collaborate with the global technical training team to develop, implement, and maintain training and certification programs, as well as ongoing learning activities.
- Leverage modern learning technologies to enhance both online and in‐person training experiences.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of training lab equipment and tools at the local site.
- Manage day‐to‐day operational activities related to the training organization at the Treviso facility.
- Deliver technical training both in‐house and at customer sites, with a focus on specialized and customized courses; this includes domestic and international travel, as well as occasional off‐shift or weekend training as required.
- Stay current with internal technology advancements and partner with business units to ensure the latest systems, tools, and processes are incorporated into all training programs.
- Lead and manage multiple projects with diverse scope and complexity, including coordination of project team members.
