We are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive (OSE) to report to the Area Manager and manage commercial activities across wholesalers, on‐trade outlets, and wine shops within a defined area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key customers to drive sustainable growth, market share and brand value.
- Manage day‐to‐day commercial performance across on‐trade outlets, wholesalers and wine shops, ensuring target achievement and implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Drive sell‐out growth by expanding distribution, optimizing in‐store visibility and increasing brand presence in target outlets.
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities, strengthening partnerships with high‐potential outlets and optimizing customer portfolios.
- Negotiate, implement and monitor commercial agreements to ensure effective assortment, brand visibility and rotation.
- Execute pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and monitor market and competitor pricing dynamics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights to support strategic decision‐making.
- Track performance, evaluate initiatives and provide actionable feedback to continuously improve commercial effectiveness.
- Support sales forecasting, order management and back‐office processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on field activities, customer visits and sales performance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an FMCG company and holds a degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong understanding of commercial dynamics, negotiation and influencing skills.
