Position Overview:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. Ensure staff is trained, motivated,
and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence.
Guest Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay.
Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources.
Financial Oversight: Monitor hotel's financial performance, manage expenses, and work towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel.
