Descrizione Lavoro
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and manage reporting processes.
- Advise management on organisational design and workforce planning.
- Help compensation and benefits administration, including bonus programs.

Competenze ed esperienza

A successful HR Manager should have:
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and talent development processes.
- Experience in compensation and benefits administration.




- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Capability to handle private information with good sense and wisdom.

Completa l'offerta
- Salary ranging from €55000 to €65000 annually.
- Performance-based premio structure.
- Permanent contract in Milano, travel 20%
