Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Augmented and Virtual reality, 3D Production across Italy and EU markets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients in healthcare, education, culture, e-commerce, real estate etc. Lead full-cycle sales: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals. Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Represent ADVIN GLOBAL at relevant events, conferences, and meetings across Italy and Europe. Provide market feedback and contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy in the region. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (preferably in agency, creative tech , IT or SaaS). Proven ability to close deals and meet targets in dynamic and innovative markets. Understanding of digital products, especially immersive technologies (AR, VR, 3D). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team. We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.
