The Opportunity

As SCM Change Management and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will take on a global role where your work truly matters: embedding regulatory requirements into scalable, end‐to‐end SCM processes, driving continuous improvement, and enabling modern, data‐ and AI‐ready ways of working. You will play a global role within our Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) organization, strengthening SCM regulatory compliance by embedding regulatory requirements into scalable, end‐to‐end SCM processes reused across regulations such as EUDR, CBAM, and other ESG‐related requirements. You will drive continuous improvement and digital enablement, simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and enabling data‐driven and AI‐ready ways of working in close collaboration with data, digital, and IT teams.
In addition, you will support change adoption, capability development, and knowledge management, ensuring sustainable implementation across Business Units and Functions. This role will report to the Head of SCM Change Management & Continuous Improvement and join an international CMCI team shaping the future of supply chain management at Hitachi Energy.

Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable SCM regulatory compliance processes that are reusable across regulations and Business Units
Shift regulatory compliance from project‐based delivery to standardized, end‐to‐end SCM processes embedded in operations
Embed compliance‐by‐design through technology‐enabled monitoring, controls, and escalation mechanisms
Support internal and external audits through robust process design, clear governance, and audit‐ready execution
