Position
Role: Technical Production Manager within the Special Projects division. The role focuses on high-profile ceremonies, destination experiences, original shows, immersive experiences, and ticketed productions.
The Technical Production Manager will support projects from early feasibility through on‐site delivery, collaborating closely with Creative, Technical, and Project Management teams. Responsibilities include evaluating technical feasibility, defining production approaches, planning resources, and coordinating technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
Assess the technical and production feasibility of prospective projects, evaluating scope, risks, and resource requirements.
Lead the production workflow of complex projects from pre‐production to final delivery and dismantling.
Support the Project Manager in drafting production timelines and budgets; develop, monitor, and manage production schedules and workflows.
Coordinate suppliers, vendors, logistics, transportation, permits, and production contracts.
Gather procurement information and cultivate ongoing relationships with suppliers and freelance talent pools.
Work alongside Creative Directors and Technical teams to ensure feasible, high‐quality implementation of creative concepts.
Supervise on‐site setup, rehearsals, and operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to safety protocols.
Act as a central point of contact for all production‐related matters across internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactively in high‐pressure, time‐sensitive contexts.

7–10+ years of experience as a Technical Production Manage
