We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Sales Group Manager to lead our sales team in Rome, Italy, working with our leading Networking Solutions devices portfolio.

This role is for a leader who enjoys developing people, building high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth beyond existing markets. You will have the opportunity to shape the team's direction, expand into new business verticals, introduce new Teltonika solutions to customers, and help sales representatives reach their full potential.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika has been creating IoT solutions for over 27 years, with offices in more than 30 countries and over 2,700 employees worldwide. We are a family-owned Lithuanian company with a strong international growth mindset and a clear ambition to become a global leader in the IoT field.





In this role, you will:
- Establish and develop Teltonika's B2B sales representatives group in Rome location.
- Drive team performance while ensuring sustainable long term growth.
- Act as a hands- on player coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements.
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.
- Support complex negotiations with key customers and participate in important business meetings when needed.
- Organize customer visits, business trips, exhibitions, and industry events together with your team.
- Execute and adapt HQ- defined strategies to the region.
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders.
