Role Description The National Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Milano, focused on managing and growing key national retail and operator accounts for Huawei Consumer Business Group. This role oversees account planning, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.



Day-to-day activities include negotiating commercial terms, coordinating product launches, and collaborating with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution. The National Account Manager maintains strong relationships with customer stakeholders, monitors market trends and competitor activities, and identifies new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing regular reports, presenting business reviews, and ensuring alignment with Huawei’s brand, compliance standards, and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in national or key account management within consumer electronics, telecommunications, or FMCG, with a strong record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
