The Data Centre SME – Power serves as EdgeConneX's subject matter expert and technical authority for electrical power systems across the local data centre portfolio.
This role provides strategic and operational leadership in the application of engineering principles, ensuring the reliability, resilience, and performance of critical electrical infrastructure. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SME is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving power-related standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. The role leverages advanced technical expertise and extensive industry experience to evaluate complex operational issues, mitigate risk, support incident investigations, and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and reliability. The SME collaborates closely with cross‐functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, influencing decision‐making across multiple disciplines.
