We are looking for a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamics to drive the evolution of
our CRM and customer engagement Microsoft platforms across all brands and
markets. In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of
specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous
improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and
the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will act as a technical and functional
leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution, while accelerating
innovation through the adoption of Microsoft’s latest AI and data platforms.
Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, international chapter of
Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists, fostering a culture of
collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
