Accounting - Senior Consultant - Milan

Pirola Advisory S.p.A., a strategic, digital, and administrative consulting
firm, is seeking an Accounting Senior Consultant to join its Accounting,
Reporting & Management Control department at the Milan office.
Role and activities
* General accounting, including the recording and control of all key corporate
accounting operations
* Autonomous management of journal entries, monitoring and accounting for
receipts and payments, bank reconciliations, and verification of correct
accounting allocations
* Preparation of adjustment, correction, and closing entries, both pre- and
post-balance sheet, collaborating on the preparation of statutory financial
statements and supporting periodic audits
* Management of routine tax compliance, with particular reference to periodic
VAT settlements, preparation and control of F24 forms, and adherence to
relevant deadlines
* Support in administrative reporting activities.
What we offer
* The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €35,000 and
€40,000
* The job level will be defined during the selection process based on the
candidate's profile and in application of the CCNL Terziario Distribuzione e
Servizi (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary,
Distribution, and Services Sector)
* The specific compensation package, including any variable elements, will
depend on the assessment of the candidate against the position's requirements

What we look for
* Degree in economic or business disciplines
* At least 2–5 years of experience in accounting, gained within mid-sized
companies, financial intermediaries, or structured professional firms
* Excellent command of the English language
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of SAP or other administrative/accounting management software is
considered a desirable qualification.
