As part of our Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end processes, managing invoices and payments, and contributing to the smooth operation of the hotel's financial activities. Beyond the numbers, you'll collaborate closely with departments across the hotel, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support that helps drive business success. You'll be expected to lead by example, inspire teamwork, and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy, efficiency, and a service-first mindset. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliManage and maintain financial records, reports, invoices, and account reconciliations. /liliSupport month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. /liliMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments and vendor invoices. /liliCollaborate with operational teams to support business needs and improve efficiency. /liliAct as a role model within the department by promoting teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail. /liliMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company assets. /liliDeliver professional communication and build positive relationships with associates, leaders, guests, and business partners. /li /ulh3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3ulliPrevious experience in a Finance or Accounting role within the hospitality industry is mandatory.
/liliSolid understanding of hotel financial operations, accounting principles, and reporting processes. /liliStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. /liliAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. /liliProficiency with financial systems and Microsoft Office applications. /liliPositive attitude, high energy, and a passion for delivering excellence every day. /li /ulh3MUST HAVE /h3pPrevious experience in a hotel Finance department is required.
