Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to develop and execute global training plans, programs, and specific projects to support the Company's strategy. In this role, you will define and deliver content and tools to build and develop the required competencies, in line with the Company Culture and HR strategy. You will also be a key player within our HR team, as a point of contact for management and our employees. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a Training Development infrastructure for Technogym Academy. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDevelop and implement programs related to onboarding, performance,
talent management, technical and nontechnical training, and/or e-learning /li liConceive, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competency gaps and learning needs /li liManage the induction process for HQ positions /li liDefine and manage the training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of organizing training in line with Company policies /li liMonitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing and budget /li liEnsure development and continuous improvement of our e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS) /li liConduct the preparation and analysis required for Talent Reviews, as well as Performance Management processes, activities, and training /li liSupport processes in Talent Management: performance management, assessments, development programs and succession planning /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have good time-management skills and bring a sense of urgency to doing your work. /p h3What you should bring /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Philosophy,
or HR related studies /li li3-5 years’ experience /li liAbility to analyze, design, and implement training programs /li liKnowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques /li liMust be an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have worked with the most well-known LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors) /li liEffective planning and management skills /li liEffective training and presentation skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liGood logic and reasoning skills /li liMandatory C1 Level of Italian and English. Any other language would be a plus /li liExperience in D2C business, digital, or entertainment would be a plus /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
