You will take a key role in managing the day to day operations and technical performance of their renewable energy plants in Poland. In this role, you will work closely with both technical and operational teams, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plant performance while supporting continuous improvement across the assets. You will report to the Head of Operations and become part of an international environment with strong competencies in renewable energy operations, engineering, and plant management. b As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the following: br/bulli Oversee the strong safe, reliable and efficient operation of solar PV plants /strong , maximising energy production, availability and performance ratio. /lili Manage and coordinate strong plant maintenance, repair activities and technical interventions /strong to ensure asset integrity and operational performance. /lili Supervise and manage strong OM contractors, maintenance providers and specialist suppliers, /strong including scope, service delivery and SLA performance. /lili Review and approve strong technical and commercial proposals /strong , ensuring solutions balance technical requirements, operational costs and production impact. /lili Manage strong incident resolution, work orders and operational issues /strong in coordination with monitoring and operational teams. /lili Monitor strong plant performance and operational KPIs /strong , analysing production data and identifying underperformance or optimisation opportunities.
/lili Ensure strong preventive and predictive maintenance programmes /strong are implemented effectively across assets. /lili Maintain strong technical documentation, plant data and operational reporting /strong to ensure accurate asset records and compliance. /lili Ensure strong compliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies /strong , including HS and ESG requirements. /lili Support strong plant optimisation, retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives /strong and provide technical input into improvement projects where required. /lili Manage strong local stakeholders and supporting service providers /strong such as security, vegetation management and cleaning services. /lili Conduct strong site inspections and contractor oversight /strong to ensure quality of work and operational standards. /li /ulpstrong Your experiences and education: br/strong /pulli Degree qualified – in any related discipline. /lili Fluent in English Hungarian is a must for this /lili Technical background /lili Worked in Renewable Energy sector /lili Experience managing the technical and operational performance of power generation assets. /lili Experience overseeing maintenance activities and asset integrity programmes. /lili Experience managing OM contractors, maintenance providers and external service suppliers. /lili Experience working with technical specifications, suppliers and contractors. /lili Experience managing service providers and stakeholder relationships. /lili Experience supporting technical retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives and project activities. /lili Experience working with internal operational teams and external technical service providers. xrdbqlu /li /ulp If you feel that your experience meets this criteria, and you wish to apply to join an innovative company with high level growth ambitions, please contact with your CV and contact information. /p
