The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at the sales outlets in line with company guidelines. The core responsibilities of this role are: 1) creating shop window and merchandising displays in line with company guidelines and the requirements of the sales outlets; 2) supervising and monitoring the assigned sales outlets, ensuring compliance with brand image standards, maintaining constant contact with the assigned stores, both on-site and remotely; 3) training store personnel on the design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their realisation.Qualifications1.01 Supports the Manager in the implementation of the retail strategy through the operational execution of Visual Merchandising activities (window rotation, remerchandising, etc.) in the assigned sales points1.02 Is responsible for the creation of window displays and merchandising, in line with the commercial needs and the product present in the store, consistently with the Brand guidelines and company standards1.03 Develops training activities at the points of sale, aimed at understanding the techniques and logic underlying visual merchandising,
