pbResponsibilities /b /pulliBased on AIKO’s overall business strategy, participate in bmarket planning and execution /b for the bItaly distributed PV market /b, and be responsible for regional product and solution promotion. /liliWork closely with bSales / Key Account Managers /b to identify customer needs and pain points (e.g. installers, EPCs, distributors, CI end customers), and provide timely feedback to the product and HQ technical teams. /liliBe responsible for the bdevelopment and maintenance of technical relationships /b with regional customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor. /liliConduct bregular customer visits /b across Italy to support product promotion, solution explanation, and pre-/post-sales technical support. /liliSupport bsolution design and technical proposals /b, including system configuration, product selection, and application scenarios for distributed PV projects. /liliPrepare and deliver btechnical presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials /b, and support roadshows, distributor events, and customer workshops.
/liliCoordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure bsolution feasibility, competitiveness, and successful project implementation /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. /liliMinimum b3+ years of experience /b in photovoltaic product marketing, technical sales, system design, or distributed PV project support. /liliExperience in bdistributed PV (CI, rooftop, small-scale ground-mounted) /b is strongly preferred, Candidates with a bPV module / inverter / energy storage manufacturer background /b are a plus. /liliFluent in bItalian, /bWorking proficiency in bEnglish /b is required. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, Good learning ability and customer-oriented mindset. /liliWillingness to travel frequently within bItaly and Southern Europe /b. /li /ulpbr/ppResumes received will be handled in compliance with European personal data privacy protection regulations. /p
