pThe position is within the framework of the Business Partner Community of the LVMH Beauty Italy, a structure involved in HR, management control, administration and finance, Information Technology, logistics, general services and customer service for all the Brands of the Division (Acqua di Parma, Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo Parfums, Vantaggi and Make Up For ever, Officine Universelle Buly 1803 and Maison Francis Kurkdjian). /ppbr/ppMISSION: /ppbr/ppWithin the Operations department, the intern will report directly to the Customer Service Manager, supporting the team in the following activities: /ppbr/pulliEntry of orders in SAP for marketing, merchandising, and PR services for all brands; /liliSupport in creating presentations and analyses for sales meetings, as well as the creation of commission copies /liliSupport the sales force to guarantee the correct placement of orders /liliCompilation of formats to be sent to HQ for the activation of products references for all brands launches; /liliMonthly analysis of e-commerce orders; /liliWeekly reporting to monitor sales performances, product, and promotional material /lililaunches, supporting launch timelines; /liliManage product data publication through GDSN,
ensuring accurate customer-specific product listings for new launches; /liliSupport in the periodic control of accounting and physical stock levels at our external warehouses and in the analysis of inventory misalignments; /liliSupport in optimizing the transport of goods towards the central warehouses by monitoring punctuality and costs for all B2B, B2C, D2R flows; /liliSupport in checking anomalies on local transport for all brands; /liliSupport in the management of CircularItalie project and in preparing the necessary forms for carrying out fiscal destructions. /liliSupport internal stakeholders managing orders, stock and product references /liliSupport in the management of new HQ projects /li /ulpbr/ppREQUIREMENTS: /ppbr/pulliDegree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or any other related degree /liliExcellent analytical skills and data driven mindset /liliGood communication skills, precision and attention to detail will complete the profile /liliFull proficiency in MS Office and SAP /liliFluent in English, French will be considered a plus /li /ulpbr/ppCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link: /p pbr/p
