This is your chance to work in a truly international environment, fully integrated with our UK HQ, while enjoying benefits that set a new standard for the Italian market b . /b /p THE ROLE p You will be the mechanical lead of our projects in Italy as well as a key member on other international projects, working closely with all the other disciplines (Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability) and clients to deliver innovative designs. /pulli Lead mechanical technical design (HVAC, cooling, piping and ventilation) for all project stages, from concept to construction, including calculations, concept development, project coordination, HS, risk management and project delivery. /lili Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance and ensuring team cohesion toward project goals. /lili Identify and specify appropriate mechanical equipment and components to meet project objectives, considering energy efficiency, reliability, redundancy and system compatibility. /lili Demonstrate strong knowledge of critical cooling systems, variable flow closed-circuit water systems, chilled water applications and mechanical equipment selection. /lili Carry out hydraulic system calculations, including pump sizing, pressure drop analysis and flow control for chilled water applications. /lili Work concurrently on multiple projects from concept through to delivery. /lili Use a solution-based approach to solve complex thermal and fluid dynamic problem /lili Ensure full compliance with Italian regulations.
/lili Produce and sign off official submissions to local authorities. /lili Manage project coordination, QA/QC procedures and risk management. /lili Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on project escalations. /li /ul WHAT WE NEED ullib Degree in Mechanic /b al, Industrial, Energy Engineering or equivalent. /lilib Must-Ha /b ve: Deep knowledge of Italian regulations. /lilib Minimum of 4 ye /b ars of professional experience, preferably with previous experience in Data Centre, mission critical or Pharmaceutical projects in Italy. /lili Solid experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure or complex building services projects.
