ppSafety Database Associate EUSA Pharma•Poreta, Italy /p pJob Purpose /p pWe are looking for a Safety Database Associate to support the team in the maintenance and implementation of all the systems and tools used for the management of the Pharmacovigilance activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the activities related to the implementation and maintenance of the systems (e.g., Oracle Argus, Veeva Vault) and tools (e.g., Group SharePoint) used for the management of the Pharmacovigilance activities. /li liDatabases/tools configuration based on new company requirements. /li liSystem updates to be always in compliance with current legislation. /li liUsers support and training for the use of the PV systems; interaction with the concerned internal departments, Affiliates and Providers. /li liSupport the validation activities (such as documents preparation, validation tests executions, maintenance of documentation as required by SOPs/WIs and standards). /li liPreparation of the relevant SOPs and WIs. /li liNew system functionalities implementation.
/li /ul h3Required Education /h3 pScientific/IT degree /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 pAt least 6 months' experience in similar role in a pharmaceutical company or at least basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance requirements/obligations are required. /p pFamiliar to CSV/Data Integrity knowledge. /p pTechnical Competencies /p pNice to have: good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Safety Databases (e.g. Oracle Argus); familiarity with Qdocs or comparable systems (such as Veeva). /p h3Required Behaviours and Competencies /h3 pAble to work in team and have problem-solving skills; timely management and meeting deadlines. /p h3Required Languages /h3 pGood knowledge (written and oral) of English is required. /p pFurther knowledge of languages is well recognized. /p h3Salary /h3 pGross Annual Salary starting from: 36.000 /p pPlease note: The salary indicated in this posting complies with local pay transparency regulations for Italian employment contracts. /p pFinal offers will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience, professional expertise, and interview journey, while ensuring internal equity. /p pAt Recordati, we are committed to a comprehensive, fair, and competitive remuneration system; a full overview of your total rewards package will be shared and discussed with you during the recruiting process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
