You will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and are digitally savvy. /p pMove with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Corporate Project Manager at Technogym you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional projects. /p pYour primary purpose is to provide centralized management over a portfolio of corporate projects, guaranteeing they align with our business goals, are completed on time, and stay within budget. /p pYou will serve as a key liaison between department heads, executive stakeholders,
and project teams to foster collaboration and ensure seamless project delivery. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pManage the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. /p pDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. /p pImplement and oversee project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. /p pAnalyze project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential roadblocks. /p pEnsure clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, including regular status reporting. /p pCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. /p pDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial objectives are met. /p pMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. /p pLead and motivate project teams to achieve ambitious goals and deliver high-quality results. /p pEnsure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. /p h3About You /h3 pYou have a background in strategic or management consulting, with 2-4 years of experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
