The ideal candidate should have good hands‑on experience with bWindows environments /b along with a basic understanding of bVMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onsite bL2 IT support /b and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /li liTroubleshoot bWindows-related issues /b and perform basic system checks. /li liHave basic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b. /li liPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /li liPerform basic bdata center management /b activities. /li liHandle and track bnetwork/server cabling /b and identify cable connections between equipment. /li liAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /li liPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. /li liCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution.
/li liFollow standard troubleshooting procedures and elevate complex issues when required. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liExperience in bL2 IT Support / Data Center Support /b. /li liGood knowledge of bWindows operating systems /b and troubleshooting. /li liBasic knowledge of bVMware ESXi and VMware technologies /b. /li liBasic understanding of bserver infrastructure and troubleshooting /b. /li liBasic knowledge of bdata center operations and management /b. /li liBasic understanding of bnetwork/server cabling and cable tracking /b. /li liAbility to troubleshoot basic bconnectivity and hardware issues /b. /li liGood communication and coordination skills. /li liAbility to work independently at the customer site. /li /ul h3Preferred Profile /h3 ul liPrevious experience working in a bdata center environment /b. /li liExperience supporting bservers, VMware/ESXi, and Windows environments /b. /li liCandidates with hands‑on exposure to onsite infrastructure support are preferred. /li liVMware/ESXi expertise is bnot required at an expert level /b; basic practical knowledge is sufficient /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
