We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting!YOUR TASKSCarry out the full range of HR processes along the employee life-cycle from hiring to exit in line with Italian labor law regulations and MEININGER policiesProcessing the monthly payroll across the different hotels within your region ensuring a high standard of accuracy is maintained in liaison with the HR Regional ManagerDraft employment contracts and related documents to ensure clarity and compliance with legal requirements and ensure data accuracy of all data processing generated by the function, including error correction and timely updating of listsMaintain HRIS and relevant employee data for assigned business unitsWork with the HR Regional Manager to identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness,
