For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Creating and editing trailers for our games.
- Producing animatics and cinematics.
- Motion design: animating text, backgrounds, individual objects and, where possible, character animation (Duik, Puppet, etc.).
- Capturing in-game footage via OBS.
- Compositing, colour grading, working with plugins and basic sound design.
- Using AI tools in the workflow (writing prompts and handling post-processing: aggregator platforms such as Higgsfield, and local models in ComfyUI).
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Confident command of After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- An understanding of directing and scene composition (placement, camera movement, staging of characters and elements in frame).
- A grasp of timing, shot sequencing and dramatic structure.
- Creativity, a wide visual reference library, a sense of rhythm.
- The ability to take criticism calmly.
- A machine powerful enough for fast rendering.
Big plus if you:
- Know Unreal Engine (Sequencer: placing animated characters, assembling locations, setting up cameras).
- Have experience with Blender.
