Your Mission

Working Alongside An Experienced Project Manager, You Will

-

- Support the management of projects related to the supply of new, customized packaging equipment, from order intake through to commissioning at the customer’s site;

- Coordinate activities with multiple internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Administration and external suppliers, ensuring effective communication and project alignment;

- Interact with customers across Italy and Europe, supporting project‑related communications and follow‑up activities;

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, documentation management and progress monitoring to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved;





- Contribute to the preparation of reports, project documentation and performance tracking activities;

- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project management processes, tools and best practices;

- Gain hands‑on experience in managing industrial projects within a dynamic and international environment, progressively developing autonomy and project management skills. xysqume

Your Profile

- You are currently completing the final year of an Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics;

- Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Project Management or a related field, or an equivalent Master’s degree;

- You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools;

- You are comfortable working with technical topics and documentation;

- You have a good command of English; knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage;

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- You are proactive, organised and able to work independently;

- You are interested in industrial project management and in working in an international environment.
