pThe Industrial Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes across the three production plants, with a focus on manufacturability, equipment, tooling, process robustness and operational efficiency. /ppThe role acts as a key technical interface between Manufacturing and RD. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport optimisation of product and component design to improve manufacturability, quality and cost efficiency. /liliIdentify needs for modification or improvement of machinery and production equipment. /liliCoordinate the development, set-up and implementation of new equipment and machinery. /liliPrepare technical specifications for machinery, jigs, tools and testing equipment. /liliSupport the design and optimisation of dies, jigs, tools and production equipment. /liliPrepare and update technical production documentation, including Standard Work and Work Instructions. /liliSupport product modifications and manufacturing changes. /liliPerform or support P-FMEA and root-cause analysis activities. /liliDrive improvements related to productivity, OEE, quality and lead time.
/liliMonitor and report the effectiveness of implemented improvement actions. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliPreferably a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. /liliPreferably around 7 years of relevant Industrial Engineering or manufacturing experience. /liliStrong knowledge of industrial production processes such as sheet metal fabrication, stamping, brazing, TIG welding, CNC machining and assembly. /liliExperience with 2D/3D CAD and CNC programming. /liliKnowledge of Lean tools including P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /liliStrong organisational, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. /liliGood written and spoken English. /li /ulpbr / /ppThe role covers Industrial Engineering activities across all three production plants. Process Engineering and Time Methods activities are outside the scope of the position. /p
