ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bHSE Compliance Engineer /b to join its office in bMilan or Genoa /bwithin the bPlant Engineering /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThis role of Risk, Safety Reliability Engineer plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of chemical and petrochemical plants, energy production system and alternative fuel applications, ultimately contributing to the protection of personnel, the environment, and assets. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liRisk Analysis: /li liIdentify potential hazards. /li liAssess the likelihood and consequences of these hazards. /li liDevelop risk matrices and prioritize risks based on severity. /li liRisk Evaluation: /li liEvaluate risks associated with the presence of flammable and toxic materials. /li liConduct pros and cons evaluation to assess the overall risk profile of the plant. /li liRecommend measures to mitigate identified risks, considering regulatory standards and industry best practices. /li liSafety Measures: /li liDefine and implement preventive or mitigative measures to limit the identified risks. /li liDevelop safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines for plant operation. /li liConduct training sessions to ensure staff are aware of and adhere to safety protocols. /li liReliability Evaluation: /li liUtilize RAM methodology to evaluate the reliability, availability, and maintainability of plant systems. /li liIdentify areas for improvement to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime. /li liAnalyze failure data and develop strategies for proactive maintenance and equipment replacement. /li liDesign Optimization: /li liCollaborate with design teams to optimize plant layout and infrastructure. /li liEnsure that safety and reliability considerations are integrated into the design process. /li liRecommend design modifications to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability. /li liDocumentation and Reporting:
