If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. /p pIn his role you will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT and OT services across Vallenoncello (PN) and Spilamberto (MO) plants. /p pYou combine hands-on IT operations with strong collaboration with Engineering, Production, and RD You will finally support and govern factory systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. /p h3WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /h3 ul liManage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors) and local infrastructure /li liAct as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operations /li liCoordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolution /li liOwn local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cabling /li liCoordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgrades /li liEnsure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructure /li liAct as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholders /li liSupport deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applications /li liEnsure alignment with IT standards and security policies /li liManage external service providers and ensure SLA compliance /li liSupport procurement and lifecycle of IT assets /li liDefine and manage annual IT budget for both plants /li liMonitor costs and identify optimization opportunities /li liSupport CEO and C-level events ensuring reliable IT and network readiness /li liGuarantee network performance for executive presentations and factory demos /li liOn-site presence in Vallenoncello but regular travel between locations /li /ul h3WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructure /li liExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments /li liBasic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurity /li liGood communication and stakeholder management skills /li liProactive and solution-oriented mindset /li li3–8 years experience in IT operations /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liHigh availability and reliability of plant IT /li liStrong collaboration with Engineering and Production /li /ul h3OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS /h3 pBe Customer Obsessed.
