You will be involved in day-to-day customer support activities, ensuring timely and high-quality assistance while helping customers maximize the value of our technologies and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
/ppstrongFew examples of responsibilities /strong /pulliAct as a key point of contact for customers in the post-sales phase, ensuring timely and effective support /liliSupport the resolution of technical issues related to applications, software, and manufacturing processes, coordinating with internal teams when needed /liliProvide consultative guidance on design workflows, processes, and software tools to drive effective adoption of Caracol’s solutions /liliCollect and structure customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and opportunities for improvement /liliMonitor customer activity and engagement, contributing to a proactive and structured post-sales follow-up /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongIdeal Background /strong /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field /lili2–3 years of experience in roles such as Application Engineer, Design Engineer, Customer Success, or Technical Support within industrial or manufacturing environments /liliSolid experience in industrial contexts; exposure to Additive Manufacturing is a plus /liliExperience in 3D modelling, with knowledge of Rhinoceros as a plus /liliGood understanding of design processes, software tools, and manufacturing workflows /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset /liliFluency in English and Italian is mandatory /li /ulpstrongOther requirements /strong /pulliAvailability to travel occasionally to customer sites /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /pulliSalary range: €34.000–€38.000, depending on experience /liliFlexible working hours and smartworking /liliOpportunity for career advancement /liliFriendly, international and innovative work environment /liliContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ulpbr / /ppCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
