pstrongHSE Manager | Renewable Energy | Italy /strong /ppstrongLocation: /strong Milan, Italy /ppstrongProjects: /strong Utility-scale Solar PV BESS /ppstrongFocus: /strong Corporate + Project HSE /ppstrongContract: /strong Permanent /ppbr / /ppI’m currently working with an established renewable energy developer working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced strongHSE Manager /strong to join their team in Italy. /ppThis is a broad, hands-on role covering both strongcorporate HSE management and project-level HSE /strong across the development, construction and commissioning of utility-scale strongSolar PV and BESS projects /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppYou’ll act as the company’s HSE subject matter expert, working closely with senior management, project teams, EPC contractors and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of health, safety and environmental performance across the business. /ppA key part of the role will be acting as strongCSP/CSE (Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in fase di Progettazione / Esecuzione) /strong on Italian projects where formally appointed, ensuring compliance with strongItalian Legislative Decree 81/2008 /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead and continuously improve the company’s HSE management framework /liliEnsure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and industry best practice /liliDevelop and maintain HSE policies, procedures,
risk assessments and reporting systems /liliProvide HSE leadership across renewable energy projects from development through to commissioning /liliMonitor EPC contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance /liliConduct site inspections, audits and safety reviews /liliLead incident investigations and corrective actions /liliIdentify and mitigate critical construction HSE risks /liliPrepare, review and manage strongPSC documentation /strong /liliCoordinate HSE requirements between clients, designers, EPC contractors and other stakeholders /liliCarry out site inspections and safety coordination during project execution /liliEscalate and address significant HSE issues and non-compliances /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For /strong /pulliSignificant HSE experience within strongconstruction, infrastructure, energy or industrial projects /strong /liliProven experience supporting large-scale construction projects /lilistrongUtility-scale Solar PV experience strongly preferred /strong /liliExposure to strongBESS and/or HV electrical infrastructure /strong is a major advantage /liliStrong experience managing EPC contractors and subcontractors from an HSE perspective /liliStrong knowledge of strongItalian HSE legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/2008 /strong /lilistrongCSP/CSE qualification /strong compliant with Italian legislation /liliExperience with construction-site safety, risk assessments and incident investigations /liliComfortable working autonomously within a lean, fast-moving organization /liliGood working knowledge of strongEnglish /strong /liliValid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to project sites across Italy /li /ulpbr / /p
