pbABOUT THE JOB /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for an experienced bGlobal Public Relations Manager /b to join our growing luxury womenswear brand and support the development and execution of our global PR and communications activities. /ppbr/ppThis is a bManager-level position /b, suited to a PR professional with approximately b7–10 years of relevant experience /b in luxury fashion, with an established network across bItalian and international fashion media and international VIP stylists /b. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate is a highly connected, hands-on and proactive PR professional who is comfortable managing day-to-day media and stylist relationships, coordinating international PR activities and delivering high-quality projects across key global markets. /ppbr/ppbPlease note: this is a Manager-level role and is not intended for Director, Head of PR, or senior functional leadership profiles. /b /ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/pulliSupport the development and execution of global PR plans in line with the brand's positioning, seasonal priorities and business objectives /liliBuild and maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with bItalian and international fashion editors, journalists and media /b /liliDevelop and manage relationships with binternational VIP stylists and celebrity fashion teams /b, supporting product placements and dressing opportunities /liliCoordinate press activities including fashion shows, presentations, events, product launches, press days and showroom appointments /liliProactively manage international media outreach and follow-up to generate relevant editorial coverage across key markets /liliCoordinate seasonal press and sample activities, ensuring efficient and timely management of requests and product placements /liliSupport celebrity and VIP dressing activities in line with brand image and seasonal priorities /liliIdentify relevant media,
stylist and industry opportunities to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships in priority markets /liliWork closely with Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, Sales and Creative teams to ensure alignment across communications activities /liliCoordinate the development and distribution of press materials, brand presentations, media kits and other communication assets /liliMonitor media coverage, relevant industry developments and competitive activity, sharing insights with the wider team /liliManage assigned PR projects, timelines and budgets, working with external agencies and partners where applicable /liliContribute to the development of junior team members and collaborate effectively within the PR and wider brand team /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS /b /ppbr/pullib7–10 years of relevant experience /b in PR and communications, ideally within luxury fashion or a premium fashion/lifestyle environment /lilibEstablished and demonstrable relationships with Italian and international fashion media /b /lilibEstablished relationships with international VIP stylists, celebrity stylists and/or relevant celebrity fashion teams /b /liliStrong understanding of luxury fashion PR, media relations and brand positioning /liliA hands-on approach, with the ability to independently manage projects and relationships from briefing through execution /liliStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an existing international network /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in bEnglish and Italian /b /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced international environment /liliAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant PR/media monitoring and reporting tools /liliGenuine passion for luxury fashion, contemporary culture and the international fashion industry /li /ul
