This role is ideal for an IT support professional with strong troubleshooting expertise across desktop, network, hardware, software, and Microsoft technologies, combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Desktop Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end‑user technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technology and IT services. You will provide hands‑on support for Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware devices, peripherals, and network‑related issues while managing incidents through established service management processes. The role requires a proactive professional capable of diagnosing and resolving technical challenges efficiently while maintaining service‑level agreements (SLAs). You will also collaborate with vendors and internal support teams to deliver a seamless IT experience across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite L1 and L2 desktop support to end usersTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issuesSupport Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, laptops, and peripheralsManage incidents, requests, and updates through ticketing and helpdesk systemsEnsure service requests are resolved within agreed SLAsPerform hardware installation, maintenance, diagnostics, replacements, and repair activitiesConfigure and support desktop, laptop,
