Job DescriptionRegional Account Manager - SicilyAbout the PositionWe have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Regional Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you’ll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager South, taking ownership of the Away From Home channel, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.In brief, you will be responsible for:Leading Away From Home Key Accounts in Sicily and in south of Calabria (Reggio Calabria and Vibo Valentia), maintaining, elevating and strengthen our key relationships with them and playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction;Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and deliver excellent sales fundamentals performance.Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implement it for the assigned customer accounts.Developing the Away From Home channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identify & implement opportunities for growth.QualificationsHard SkillsCollege Degree or Master Degree2 – 3 years’ proven experience in sales (sell-in or sell-out)Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/roleData-driven and analytical approachAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint SkillsProfessional Attributes Communication Skills - you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple.
