The role will work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance and the Quality Team to identify, analyze and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. /ppstrongMain tasks: /strong /pulliMonitor quality performance of production lines and analyze quality KPIs (scrap, defects, complaints, PPM, blocked material); br / /liliManage internalnon-conformities and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions; br / /liliCoordinate and lead structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa and Root Cause Analysis; br / /liliMaintain and update quality documentation, including Control Plans, Work Instructions,
Inspection Standards and Visual Aids; br / /liliParticipate in PFMEA activities and support risk analysis reviews and improvement actions; br / /liliConduct LayeredProcess Audits (LPA) and support internal, customer and certification audits; br / /liliDeliver qualitytraining to operators and team leaders, promoting a strong quality culture across the plant; br / /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce process variability. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliPrevious experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably Automotive; br / /liliKnowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; br / /liliGood knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D); br / /liliExperience withstructured problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles; br / /liliEnglish level B1 or higher; br / /liliGood command ofMicrosoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; br / /liliFamiliarity with ERP/MES systems and data analysis tools; br / Minitab knowledge is a plus; br / /liliStrong communication and teamwork skills; br / /liliProactive attitude, technical leadership and problem-solving mindset; br / /liliAbility to workeffectively in cross-functional teams and in a shopfloor environment. /li /ulpstrongExide offers: /strong multinational company context, interesting salary package, company meals service and the opportunity to grow in an international environment. /ppbr / /p
