p We are looking for an b EE QHSE Manager /b to lead and drive Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental excellence across our b Eastern Europe /b operations. p Based in Italy, this role is key to ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining ISO certifications, and supporting operational excellence across the business. /pp Si assicuri che tutte le informazioni della sua candidatura siano aggiornate e corrette prima di cogliere questa possibilità. brp The main objective of this position is to develop and implement the entity's QHSE strategy, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, strengthen safety performance, and continuously improve management systems, customer satisfaction, and environmental outcomes. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Develop and lead the entity's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment strategy and initiatives. /lili Promote a strong safety culture through active field presence with operations, projects, sales teams, and customers. /lili Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and internal policies. /lili Maintain and manage ISO certifications and support continuous improvement plans. /lili Lead incident and accident investigations, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness. /lili Manage QHSE KPIs, including severity and frequency indicators, and report performance to management. /lili Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, inspections, and response plans. /lili Act as the main coordinator during emergency situations involving internal and external stakeholders.
/lili Identify training needs and develop annual Health Safety and Road Safety training plans. /lili Support communication with employees, certification bodies, consultants, customers, and authorities on QHSE matters. /lili Contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives and reporting activities. /lili Participate in audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and continuous improvement projects. /lili Manage the department budget and coordinate external service providers when required. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /p ulli Education: Master's Degree (Bac +5), preferably with a technical background. /lili Professional experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in an industrial environment. /lili Strong knowledge of labor law, HSE regulations, industrial operations, and quality/environmental standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001). /lili Experience with audits, risk management, and management systems. /lili Languages: Italian (native level) and English (professional level) are required.
