This position is ideal for a manufacturing professional who combines solid technical knowledge with a practical mindset and a strong interest in process improvement. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppAs a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, you will: /pulliCreate and maintain product codes, bills of materials (BoMs), and production routings in accordance with company standards. /liliEnsure the accuracy and consistency of technical and production data across drawings, specifications, and ERP systems. /liliDefine, review, and update manufacturing routings, including operations, work centers, and standard times. /liliCollaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to collect, validate, and align technical information.
/liliSupport the use and continuous improvement of technical data within the company ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics. /liliIdentify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, data structure, and workflow efficiency. /liliActively support Lean Manufacturing initiatives on the shop floor, including waste reduction, standardization, visual management, and process optimization. /liliParticipate in improvement activities such as layout optimization, workflow analysis, root cause problem solving, and continuous improvement projects. /liliSupport manufacturing documentation and contribute to strong data governance and process standardization practices. /liliMonitor process performance and help drive sustainable operational improvements in collaboration with production teams. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation /strong /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /liliExperience /lili3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or production support role within a structured manufacturing environment. /liliProven experience working with BoMs, routings, technical product data, and production processes. /liliPractical experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles on the shop floor is required. /liliExperience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, is considered a strong advantage.
