The Project Engineer, Agile Master, supports the delivery of complex software and automation solutions for IDEAL Combines, enabling iterative development across integrated machine systems. The role focuses on facilitating structured development cycles, removing impediments, and improving team performance within a defined subsystem or product scope. It ensures effective collaboration across cross-functional engineering teams, supporting the reliable and efficient delivery of high-quality software and automation functionalities. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment. /li liGuide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture. /li liDrive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness. /li liProactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary. /li liCollaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams,
