p Senior BMS Engineer – Data Centre Project, Milan pb Location: /b Milan, Italy /ppb Salary: /b Up to €85,000 + Package /ppb Sector: /b Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure /ppb Employment: /b Permanent /pp Si candidi (facendo clic sul pulsante apposito) dopo aver controllato tutte le informazioni di lavoro riportate di seguito. brp We’re working with a leading engineering contractor delivering a major data centre project in Milan, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior BMS Engineer to take ownership of the technical delivery. /p p This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can take a functional specification, coordinate the engineering and subcontractors, and make sure the finished BMS system works exactly as intended. /p pb The Role /b /p p You’ll take ownership of Tier 2 engineering and design submittals, including: /pulli Tier 2 submittals /lili I/O and data point lists /lili Equipment schedules and schematics /lili Device and wiring layouts /lili Panel design and interlocks /lili Functional specifications /lili Demonstration and acceptance documentation /lili OM documentation /li /ul p You’ll ensure mechanical equipment submittals meet project requirements and translate functional specifications into fully operational BMS systems. /p p You’ll also be involved in off-site testing, change control and design coordination, ensuring changes are properly recorded and auditable throughout the project. /p pb During Construction /b /p p You’ll have responsibility for coordinating the BMS subcontractor and supporting the wider project team, including: /p ulli Managing the subcontractor team on a day-to-day basis /lili Monitoring programme, deliveries,
engineering issues and quality /lili Supporting site safety and training requirements /lili Attending technical and progress meetings /lili Participating in W1, W2 and W3 site walkdowns /lili Coordinating engineering issues with the wider construction team /li /ul pb Testing, Commissioning Handover /b /p p As the project progresses towards completion, you’ll support the full testing, commissioning and handover process, including: /p ulli Ensuring testing and commissioning follows the project Quality Plan /lili Certifying live BMS systems ahead of handover /lili Demonstrating systems to the client and relevant stakeholders /lili Delivering OM manuals and record drawings /lili Supporting demobilisation and final handover /lili Producing project close-out documentation /li /ul pb What We’re Looking For /b /p p We’re looking for an experienced BMS Engineer operating at Senior level, ideally with a background in: /p ulli Data centres /lili High-tech buildings /lili Critical infrastructure /lili Large-scale commercial or industrial projects /li /ul p You should be technically strong, comfortable working autonomously and experienced in coordinating BMS engineering, design and specialist subcontractors. /p p The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do - with strong attention to detail and a genuine understanding of how BMS systems need to operate within complex mechanical and electrical environments. xrdbqlu /p pb Additional Information: /b Consideration will be given to candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99. /p p If you’re an experienced BMS Engineer looking for a major data centre project in Milan, get in touch for a confidential discussion and further details. /p /p /p
