Future Education Modena ( ) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate the frontiers of learning and training. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators, and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of educational R&D;, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students and professionals in the last 4 years through 300 original formats, is launching 4 EdTech startups and incubating 6 more. It organizes and manages the Learning More Festival, the first festival dedicated to the frontiers of the field. Learning. Responsibilities

- Coordinate the design, development, and prototyping of cutting‑edge teaching formats and original training tools within FEM's strategic R&D; areas.
- Define and coordinate methodological innovation of projects, ensuring scientific rigor, scalability, and effectiveness of learning processes.
- Actively experiment with the integration of the AI tech stack and AI-based methodologies for the evolution of teaching and training.
- Collaborate with corporate and educational clients to develop projects, provide consulting services, and develop training proposals.
- Collaborate closely with disciplinary teams to translate FEM research and development outputs into innovative training offerings.
- Contribute to FEM's positioning as an international reference point for educational and training innovation, including by supporting the scientific planning of key
