Kemin Industries is searching for a Sustainability Analyst Reporter, based in Veronella (VR), Italy.The Sustainability Analyst Reporter is responsible for contributing to Kemin's progress toward our sustainability strategy and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals. This role is responsible for the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data related to sustainability, ensuring robust reporting and tracking of progress. The role supports the business by providing objective, accurate insights on key ESG indicator performance across the EMEA organization. ensuring all data reported is in line with legal requirementsReportingSupport the different departments and business units on non-financial reportingParticipate in improvement projects and tool implementations to drive automatic data collectionContribute to global sustainability reports and sustainability evaluation platformsCoordinationDrive initiatives to improve ESG metrics within the EMEA regionSupport departments with key insights and action plans to reach specific ESG goalsEducate and train employees on sustainabilityOther Activities & ProjectsRespond to customer sustainability questionnaires and surveysPerform product and corporate Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs)Support other cross-functional sustainability projects and initiatives as neededPerform other duties and projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, engineering, law, or a related fieldExperience in sustainability reporting in a global organization is a plusKnowledge of environmental footprint methodologies (e.G. GHG Protocol, LCA), target-setting frameworks (e.G. Science Based Targets), reporting frameworks (e.G. GRI), and sustainability platforms (e.G.
